Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how AI Business Launcher ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the AI Business Launcher application and related services (the "Service"). We keep this short on purpose — if something isn't covered here, assume we treat your data as if it were our own.

1. What we collect

• Account data — email address, name (optional), password hash, and subscription plan.
• Content you create — projects, tasks, voice notes, knowledge base documents, chat transcripts, generated marketing assets.
• Connected platform data — when you connect a CRM (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Shopify, etc.) via OAuth, we store the tokens and sync the records you authorise.
• Usage telemetry — basic logs (timestamps, endpoints, error traces) used to keep the Service running. No third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

2. How we use it

• To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To authenticate you and enforce plan limits.
• To send transactional emails (billing receipts, security notices). We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.
• To generate AI outputs you request — your prompts and relevant context may be forwarded to the model provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, or OpenRouter) strictly for that single request.

3. What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your data to anyone.
• We do not use your content to train third-party AI models.
• We do not share your data with advertisers.

4. Where your data lives

Data is stored in our Supabase-hosted Postgres database (EU or US region depending on your workspace), secured with row-level security so each user can only access their own rows. Backups are encrypted at rest.

5. Sub-processors

We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers:

• Supabase — database, authentication, storage.
• Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection, edge hosting.
• OpenAI / Anthropic / OpenRouter — AI model inference for features you invoke.
• Stripe / Creem — payment processing (we never see your card number).
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

6. Your rights

You can export your data from the Settings page, delete your account at any time (which purges all associated rows within 30 days), and request a copy of anything we hold by emailing support@aibusinesslauncher.com.

7. Cookies

We use strictly-necessary cookies for authentication (Supabase session cookie) and a CSRF token. No tracking or advertising cookies are set.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes

If we update this policy materially, we'll notify users by email before the change takes effect.
